The Start of Summer


Memorial Day Weekend has come and gone, so Summer has officially started even though the chaps are still in school for another week. What better way to start the summer than with Burger and Beer? This is a two pound burger that fed six of us. I formed it in a cheesecake spring form pan to start it. It cooked on the grill for about 20 minutes before I took it out of the pan. Then it cooked for about 15 minutes. The bun was loaf of bread from the Piggly-Wiggly.
